Since 1998 Helen has been training a highly successful Time Management programme in the corporate market. Fluent in Japanese, Helen introduced this programme to the Japanese market in Tokyo in 2003-2004 until a business partner was established.
Helen is also an accredited Life Coach, through LCA (Life Coaching Academy) in Australia, working with individuals and small businesses to help them achieve their goals, reach their potential and work proactively in the current climate.
Helen’s experience is wide and varied. She has worked with many individuals and companies over the years, passionate about the practical results that happen when vision and action is put into place.
Helen is married with 2 young children. Helen is interested in charity work and is involved with the local primary school. Helen enjoys fundraising and organising fun events that support the local community.
With a BA in Education and a teaching qualification Helen started her teaching and training career in 1987 in London. Since then Helen has had over 20 years experience in designing courses, training and coaching.
Rikai Associates was set up in New Zealand after 4 years of teaching and an importing business in Japan. Helen worked in the corporate market training Japanese Language and Business Etiquette seminars among other courses. See www.japanese.co.nz
