Your Presenter, Helen

My background is in training and coaching, especially in time management and leadership. Since Covid hit, I have moved more into the space of helping business owners overcome stress and overwhelm, so they can grow their business and manage it with more ease, even in this environment. I address issues of being caught in the trap of working ‘in’ the business not ‘on’ the business and help people get in control and find clarity. If you are struggling, running on the treadmill and not getting anywhere I can help with simple and practical tools that can transform your business and your life.

Either 3-month, 6-month or 12-month plan is agreed on depending on your goals and needs.
