Life is short! My family has had another tragic reminder of this in the last 2 weeks. Surround yourself with positive, supportive, life-affirming people to negotiate what life throws at us. To me this is the absolute gold!
This is a day designed to be a day of growth, to refuel, to connect (network), and learn valuable insights and strategies from a great lineup of speakers. This day is run by Andy and Lynn Rolston, both part of the global Maxwell Leadership Team, like me.
It’s for anyone who's passionate about leadership and/or personal growth so if you know of anyone else who would benefit, please let them know. The event is all about helping us enhance our skills and lead with impact in today's dynamic and ever-changing world.
Some things you can expect from Live2Lead Auckland:
Inspiring Speakers: 4 virtual and 1 in-person who will share their wisdom and experiences, providing you with actionable takeaways.
This month I wrote my 5-year plan. To December 2028!
Personally a 5-year plan often seems way too long, and who knows what will happen. I like to be open to opportunities and love spontaneity. However, I have put some lines in the sand for my business and my life. This has led me to making a few more changes with my business focus and after consulting a few experts around me I am mixing things up a little. Watch this space!
Reasons why clarity leads to power:
- When you have a crystal-clear vision of your company's goals, values, and strategy, it drives your decision-making, aligns your team, and attracts clients/customers and partners who share your vision.
- Clarity empowers you to make informed choices and stand out in a crowded marketplace. You are able to focus your resources, set priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances with confidence.
- In an era of complexity and constant change, businesses that focus on clarity have the power to lead, innovate, and prosper, ultimately turning their vision into reality.
If you want to go through this process, I have some great tools to help you do this.
